Blank Records
Where we have received the metadata but are still awaiting generation of the high resolution file, those records may appear in your search results or homepage grid with blank thumbnails.
If you wish to preview the video before the high resolution file is available, you can click the Download Lo-res button to view proxy versions.
If you can see the Deliver Hires or FTP button, then the Hi-res is now available, and the proxy is being generated and will be visible shortly. During this time, you can still download or deliver the Hi-res video.
