How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, click on your avatar image in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Choose Your Account from the menu.
When your account management screen appears, click on the red down arrow on the right hand side, and you will see an option Change Password.
The Change password screen will appear.
You will need to input your old / existing password first, and then your new one. Remember that passwords are case sensitive.
Your new password will need to include at least
- 1 lower case character
- 1 upper case character
- 1 number
- 1 special character (& * % $ £ etc.)
When you have added your new password and confirmed it by typing it a second time, click the Save button. Your password will be updated.
