How to get a Hires that has expired

Hires files are often only available for a relatively short period after initial publication. If a Hires exists and is within its validity period and the user is entitled to download it, then a button offering the download will appear on the record page for that user.

Once the Hires has expired, they may be acquired by sending a request to the system administrator using this address.
