Where is my PAL version?

Where we hold both an NTSC and a PAL version of a single video, you will normally find that the NTSC version is the one selected and displayed for playback by default.

If a PAL version is available, it will normally be held under the same record, and can be found under the Additional Media tab below the playback frame.

The video in the playback frame will normally default to the NTSC version of the file.  If you wish to have the alternative version delivered to you, you can select the correct format by just clicking on the thumbnail in the Additional Media tab (you'll see if you hover over each one that the format and file name will be displayed as above).

You can therefore select to play the alternative version in the playback frame, if you would prefer.  When you request delivery of a Hi-res video, the format that is delivered will match that currently shown in the playback frame and selected in the Additional Media tab.

So, if you specifically want the PAL version of an asset, ensure that you have selected that version in the Additional Media tab.
